Youth Ministry

Branch Ministry is Sojourner Presbyterian Church’s youth group ministry, covering grades 6 through 12. The students worship with their parents at the 12:30 pm main service, then after fellowship time (concurrently with the Day Spring bible study and the adult bible study meetings from 2:30 to 3:30), gather for bible study. We also hold monthly Friday fellowship meetings.

The mission of Branch Ministry is to:

• Educate through bible studies in a way that ultimately focuses on Jesus Christ;
  
  
•  Encourage through sharing, prayer, and fellowship; and to develop a sense of community and identity;
  
  
• Equip students to engage as Christians outside of the church.

To summarize, at Branch Ministry, we seek to foster an environment where our students can seek the gospel of Jesus Christ through open dialogue in the context of biblical teaching and Christian mentorship.
