Children's Ministry
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14
Welcome
to Dayspring! Dayspring is our children’s home for children ages 2 to
8. At Dayspring, we desire to create a nurturing, safe, and loving
experience each Sunday. We treasure each child that comes through our
doors and into our hearts!
The
goal of our ministry is to teach the children about God’s saving grace
and the Gospel of Jesus Christ in an age- appropriate manner through
songs, crafts, activities, and lessons that point to Jesus. Our worship
has a liturgical flow to help our young members transition into the
main worship service.
We
also want to partner with parents in the Christian walk by reinforcing
the teachings of the gospel as it is applied and lived out at home.
Each week a newsletter is posted on the website which includes a summary
of the scriptural lesson, pictures, memory verse, and questions to
support what was learned during worship.
As
the children grow our hope and prayer is that they would come to know
the saving knowledge of Jesus and to develop a relationship with Him.

Children 2 years old through 5th grade meet in age-appropriate classes to learn more about
God's love through Bible stories, crafts, and activities
